  1. Log into your Ipsy account.
  2. In the Account section, go to Edit account settings.
  3. Click on the membership you want to cancel.
  4. Click on Manage membership.
  5. Select Help me stop my membership.
  6. Click on Continue cancellation.
  7. Give a reason for cancelling and confirm.

Step 1: Login to your IPSY Account

Log in to your IPSY account
First go to ipsy.com, log in to your account. To do this, click on the Log in button in the upper right corner.

On the login page enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your login data, you can also cancel your account in writing. You will find a free cancellation template below.

Step 2: Open your personal IPSY account settings

After the successful login click with the mouse on Account in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Click on the membership you want to cancel

In this overview click on the membership you want to cancel in the Your memberships section.   

Step 4: Click on Manage membership.

On the details page of your membership, scroll down to the bottom and click the link Manage Membership.

Step 5: Select Help me stop my membership.

On the new page you have to scroll down again and click on Help me stop my membership.

Step 6: Continue cancellation of your IPSY account.

Now it is necessary again to click on Continue Cancellation.

Step 7: Give a reason for cancelling.

Choose a reason and continue IPSY cancellation
Now you have to enter a reason for the cancellation, then click Continue Cancellation again.

Step 8: Confirm your cancellation.

In the next step you will receive an email confirmation, in this email you have to click on the confirmation link, otherwise your account will not be deleted.
After you’ve clicked the link, your IPSY membership is successfully cancelled.
