  2. Go to your profile picture and the small three dots
  3. Click on Subscriptions
  4. Click on Manage link
  5. Confirm several times with Cancel subscription

Step 1: Login to your Xbox Game Pass Account

First go to xbox.com, log in to your account. On the right side of the page, click on the sign in button in the upper right corner and enter your email and password.

If you have forgotten your login data, you can also cancel in writing. You can find a free cancellation template below.

Step 2: Open Xbox Game Pass account settings

After the successful login click in the top right on your profile picture and then on the small three dots. 

Step 3: Manage your Xbox Game Pass subscriptions

Now a small menu opens, there you click on Subscriptions to be forwarded directly to the subscription area.  

Step 4: Manage your Xbox Game Pass

In the Xbox Game Pass section click on the Manage link on the right side.

Step 5: Cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription

At the bottom click on Cancel subscription.

Step 6: Confirm your Xbox Game Pass cancellation

In the next step click on Cancel Subscription again.  

Step 6: Finally finish your Xbox Game Pass cancellation

Now you can choose whether you want to cancel at the end of the billing period or immediately. In this case you will get a refund. This must be confirmed with a click on Cancel subscription. You have now successfully cancelled Xbox Game Pass.
